SEXY By T features its own, private "see it to believe it" foto-graphic studio we've simply named "Studio2828," an eclectic, sexy
studio filled with ambiance and color. Studio2828 is a transformed, refurbished 18th-Century multi-room home, with spacious
grounds and large seasonal garden, all of which features many fabulous visual settings. Some of our favorite attributes are the
sexy boudoir, art-deco bedroom, the outdoor shower with hot 'n cold water, a tire swing, vintage sled tree-swing, Parisian, Italian,
Western and urban sets, peaceful walking paths, and much, much more.

All of our foto-graphic collections include an in-studio session-design consultation, the session itself, and a post-session
consultation to review the images. SEXY BY T sessions are highly custom. They are designed to express YOU.
From a leather-and-lace session to a sexy-fetish session, or from a turn-of-the-century Victorian theme to a Renaissance
theme, or from Sexy Sporty to sensual, feminine — it's all about the mood, the styling, and the exploration of you.

SESSION OPTIONS

SEXY BY T Session - I -- $350.00 + Make-up and Hair Stylist of $90
Due to the highly customized, intimate nature of these private sessions, our first SEXY session starts at $350.00.
This approximated 40-minute session** includes:
• One outfit, one setting, one mood, and a minimum of 35-45 images or more;
• Three 8x10s and a post-session consultation to view the images.
• The Web-rez, Creative Digital JPGs (4x6) of those images chosen as your 8x10s, as well as any other images you order.

SEXY BY T Session - II -- $750.00 + Make-up and Hair Stylist of $90.00
This approximated 1.5-hour session** includes:
• Three to four outfit/mood changes, and a minimum of 85 to 100 images or more;
• A beautiful 8x8 Press-printed FotoBook (several options are available to you) with a minimum of 20 graphically designed pages***,
• A post-session consultation to view the images.
• The Web-rez Creative Digital JPGs (4x6) of those images included in your book, as well as any other images you order.

SEXY BY T Session - III -- $1250.00 + Make-up and Hair Stylist of $90.00
This approximated 2-3 hour session** includes:
• As many outfit changes as you'd like to attempt during the session, and a minimum of 115 to 130 images.
• A gorgeous 12x12 Press-printed FotoBook (several options are available to you) with a minimum of 20 graphically designed
pages***, two 8x10" prints, and a a post-session consultation to view the images.
• The Web-rez Creative Digital JPGs (4x6) of those images included in your book, as well as any other images you order.

SEXY BY T "GAL PAL" Session -- $600.00 | 300.00/person + Make-up and Hair Stylist of $90.00
This one-hour very fun, very supportive "be with your gal pal" session** includes:
• One outfit, one setting, one mood for each,
and a minimum of 35-45 images or more, as well as images taken together;
• Two 8x10s per gal, and a post-session consultation to view the images.
• The web-rez, Creative Digital JPGs of those images chosen as your 8x10s, as well as any other images you order.

SEXY BY T "BOUDOIR BUMP" Session -- $450.00 + Make-up and Hair Stylist of $90.00
This approximated one+-hour session** is an amazing way to memorialize the incredible, body-changing, new-you experience
of your pregnancy. Have your beloved photographed with you (an option) in a very supportive "feel more beautiful than
ever" atmosphere. Various settings and moods, a minimum of 75 images or more, as well as images taken in black and
white for a timeless effect.
• One 11x14 (or 11x 17) image mounted ~ You on a Vanity Fair Cover, an option
• Two 8x10s of your choice
• A post-session consultation to view the images
• The Web-rez, Creative Digital JPGs of that image chosen as your 11x14, as well that of any other images you order.

CREATE YOUR OWN SEXY-BEAUTIFUL SESSION
Okay, did we mention that we LOVE getting creative with you? Call us to design your own visual love letter -- your own signature
experience. A special, sexy, artsy session just for you, or for that special someone. All of our SEXY sessions include an on-site
hair and make-up stylist. We can also provide a personal shopper, and video story of the session as well. A composited video/slide
show to music is one of our specialties, and a beautiful way to say "I do" all over again.

T'EASE ME UP FOTO PARTIES
Ask us about our super fun "T'ease Me Up" foto parties. A GREAT Bachlorettes party idea, birthday gals night out, or any gal-pal
celebration you might have in mind! Invite five to 12 gals to come to Studio2828 for a day of sexy, boudoir fun and a foto session
for each attendee. Each gal will get 2 different looks/settings. The hostess/organizer earns a complimentary session for herself as
our thanks for inviting her friends, and she can also earn a 8x8" 20 page press-printed foto album of her session if she invites 9 gals.
T'ease Me Up sessions start at $99.00/per person plus a minimum purchase of $100. Also available is make-up and hair for $90.
Images are purchased å la carte after the session, during viewing consultations, and each attendee receives one 5x7 print as a gift.


**Session lengths are based on the number of images captured and an assessment of how much time our photographer's
will need to capture the images needed for the session's desired outcome.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

a. Please ask about our framing and installation services.

b. Ask about how to get all of your web-rez Digital Creative JPGs (4x6).

c. There is an additional per-page charge for optional extra pages that are designed (and purchased) in the Press-printed FotoBooks.

d. Depending on the distance, minimum travel expenses will occur starting at $50.00, for offsite sessions.

e. Web-proofing/online proofing galleries are not available. All session images are viewed at Studio 2828, by appointment.

f. All images are kept resident in our offices for one month after your viewing, after that time they are archived by a separate company.

We are happy to access your photos from the archive servers at any time; an archive-retrieval fee of $75.00 does apply.

g. Art and design charges do apply, and that might include but is not limited to: Extensive retouching to either face or body,
removing/editing special requests such as bruises, tatoos, clothing failures, jewelry, scars, head swaps when requested, eye swaps
when requested, the combining of two sessions into one (importing you into sessions/backgrounds/settings youo did not sit for), photo
restoration, and photo montages and/or photo composites, the addition of text layers, and custom artwork.

h. High-rez (high resolution) images are available for purchase, starting at $150.00 per 300dpi, 8x12 (2400px by 3600px). High-rez larger than
8x12 can be ordered at a cost of $1.75/sq inch. Multiple images ordered may result in volume discounts. Retouching fees apply as applicable.

i. Session Length/Number of Images Captured/Number of Outfit Changes: Teresa and her staff have endless energy, and will do their best to
accommodate your desire to extend a designated photo shoot. Additional time charges will apply at the rate of $150/hour. The shorter sessions,
which are from 10 to 30 minutes, are only offered at Studio 2828 as part of special promotional events.

Fotos by T, Inc. holds the copyright to all images photographed by Fotos by T. It is against the law to copy or reproduce Fotos by T, Inc.
photographs without permission.
We are a client-centric, everything-custom company, and absolutely, we will try to accommodate all reasonable requests, please do ask first.
Please feel free to discuss your image duplication needs with us so that we may have the opportunity to serve you as best as we possibly can.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your session or image previews, just tell us. We would be happy to set up an additional session, at no
cost to you, or your original session fees can be refunded.

TERMS AND POLICIES

a. Fotos by T is a highly customized, boutique, fotojournalistic graphic arts studio that takes pride in creating unique, beautiful foto-graphic art
pieces and prints or its clients. Your order is processed as a unit, as time and attention is given to the entire project simultaneously. Orders may
take up to eight - ten weeks for processing, and various items will require your sign-off prior to printing/producing.

b. Proofing is done digitally, via our online website, or in-person.

c. Orders are processed once paid in full.

d. Payments plans are an option, a $30.00 processing fee will apply. Plans are designed around the client's needs.

e. A CD of digital negs, for those who qualify, is only finalized once your order is complete and all images have been prepared for digital
output per the specs designated.

f. If you need your items by a certain date, please notify us when placing your order, rush charges may apply. We do our best however to
accommodate the production schedules desired by our clients, while at the same time, work hard to ensure each order is handled with care,
great skill, a review of the clients’ requests, and with longevity in mind.

g. All Fotos by T sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with your final product, Fotos by T will work with you to ensure the dissatisfaction
is resolved.

h. Session Cancellations fewer than 48 hours notice incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Sessions fewer than 24 hours notice incur 50%
of session fees (as scheduled) cancellation fee.

i. Fotos by T reserves the right to archive your images, and do we our best to do thoroughly. Archive/Retrieval fees of up to $150.00 apply for
orders placed after three months to date of the said foto session. We consider it a gift to work with you on imagery and products that are indeed,
and will always be, so personal to you and your loved ones.
